Excelsior Creek

Very well located hotel, five minutes from the Metro and a mall (Burjuman center) in a quiet area. Excellent well appointed rooms with expensive internet (100 Dhms per day) Swimming pool and Health club. Excellent service. I would strongly recommend this place.

We were on business in Dubai and got caught up in the recent travel chaos which meant we had to extend our stay in Dubai. The original hotel didn't have any rooms left so by chance we found the Excelsior Creek Hotel and what a find! One of the nicest and friendliest hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. They made a very stressful situation very copeable. Had a brilliant stay here, the rooms were excellent very spacious and clean, we had fresh water every day. We only encountered 3 problems, one night we had to go to reception 7 times as we couldn't access the room, the porter showed me how to break into the room! I was a bit taken aback by this, as it meant I could get into any room I wanted - said that to him, but he said it was okay as long as we kept valuables in the safe! I had a wonderful staying there.it is so close to the metro which is super! all the staff were so perfect!!very clean!!!the room was very nice...ti didn;t have a good view outside but i enjoyed the inside and the hospitality!!!:) cheers and see you again!!!!:)

I have been staying at the Excelsior Creek for 2 weeks now and will stay there until end of October until i find somewhere permanent to live. I stayed for 1 month in another local hotel/apartment which was good but the rates sky rocketed after September and they were poor with customer service. I visited 15 hotels in the Bur Dubai area and stumbled upon the Excelsior Creek hotel...thank God!
