Delfino Blu Boutique Hotel

We stayed in the Casa Delfino in October 2006, near the end of the season in this village. We booked directly with the hotel and Yvette was most helpful in arranging our stay, dealing with payment and organising our airport transfer on arrival/departure as well as hiring a car. This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review on anything before but Casa Delfino really did live up to our expectation based on all the other excellent reviews we had read. Overall, the hotel is an absolute gem in terms of location and facilities as well as the service from all the staff. Visiting Kerkyra for the second year in a row we stayed yet again at Casa Delphino. Usually we end up trying different hotels but what sets this place apart is making us as customers their number one priority. As soon as we set foot in Casa Delphino, everything becomes so easy as if this was our second home. We stayed at 'casa delfino' from 18th - 25th of June and we had a lovely time. The hotel is probably the nicest (and most expensive!) in San Stefanos. Situated on the beach its location is good with shops and tavernas 200 yards away! We stayed in a ground floor room with a sea view and have to say it was very nice. With a tiled floor in the small living area there is also a tv,cd player and a dvd player too, so you don't even have to go out if don't feel like it! This was our 2nd year at these fabulous apartments & the quality of everything was even BETTER than last year which we thought would be hard to beat. We had room at the front with a huge terrace and amazing views over the beach. The staff were superb - Thomas the Bar Man was his usual entertaining self and we had a fantastic week of hot sunshine! We will definately be returning for a 3rd visit soon!

This was our first time at the Casa Delfino and we felt like we were in paradise. We booked direct with the hotel, we were very suprised when we called and the girl was English, she was really really helpfull. She booked our room and also a taxi to pick us up from the airport.. it was really nice once we arrived at the hotel to have the same girl show us around and to our room.. Our first visit to Corfu and we could not have picked a better place to stay. We booked direct with the hotel who will send a taxi to meet you at the airport (chargeable) and this worked out much cheaper than with Thomas Cook who wont be using Casa Delfino next year. This was the last year that the owner was affiliated to Thomas Cook. he reckons that with only the fifteen studios and suites, that he can attract enough business over the internet to survive. Perfect location for beach lovers ,right on the beach, we could hear the waves (small) during the first week we were there in July. This hotel is one of the best hotels I have EVER stayed at. It was absolute paradise with exceptional service from every single staff member. The owner greeted me like a new friend, and I have never experienced such happy service at any other hotel. The views are unparalleled. My friends and I kept pinching ourselves to make sure we weren't dreaming. This is at least a 5 star hotel, and will definately be back. The pictures on the website drew me in and it was even better in person!
