Coral Princess Hotel

Stayed at the Coral Princess for two nights while traveling around the island. The rooms, and large marble bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The rooftop patio with jacuzzi, pool and common areas were nicely done. Great location, close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful, wish I could have stayed longer. Prefer it to some of the larger hotels I've stayed at in San Juan in the past. We will be back.

This Hotel was definitely a diamond in the rough. The room was exceptionally nice and clean and the staff was incredible in a city where I found many service workers unhelpful. I would definitely reccomend this place. For the price, you can't beat it.

What a find! This is a boutique style inn with lots and lots of charm! They have one of the most beautiful courtyards I have ever seen, lush plants are everywhere you look! The Inn has a wonderful "open air" feel to it. Beautiful and original paintings are in every room of this Inn, which gave it a very unique feel. I discovered The Coral Princess through tripadvisor.com. The recommendations are absolutely correct. This was a lovely hotel in the Condado area. We stayed for one night following a cruise and were upgraded to a penthouse because the hotel was not full. This room was incredible! It was spacious with amenities including a jacuzzi tub and weight bench in the room and a private balcony (shared only by the three penthouse rooms) with a hot tub. My husband and I stayed at the Coral Princess for ten nights in february, 2004. This was our first visit to Puerto Rico, so we were unccertain of what to expect. The Coral Princess was a delightful place to stay! It was a quiet oasis in the middle of a very busy area. We enjoyed the nearby convenience of wonderful local restaurants, a beautiful beach, and nighttime entertainment. We stayed at this hotel prior to our trip to the BVI's and upon returning. We felt the hotel was a good choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They booked us a table twice at a marvelous restaurant, Miro-Marisqueria Catala, 74 Ave Condado. This restaurant was enough to make the whole trip worthwhile. Our room was coloful and clean. We had a outside sitting area. i agree that the included breakfast was adequate, but not great. I would have no reservations about returning to the Coral Princess Inn.

We stayed at the Coral Princess Inn from April 7th to April 13th. It's a little piece of paradise centrally located right amongst the hustle and bustle of the Condado area. The Inn is very well maintained and the live-in management ensured that everything was running smoothly. The entire property was spotlessly clean. What a great little find - this boutique hotel in Condado - great and safe neighborhood close to everything and a quick ride to Old San Juan - But the hotel is the gem - beautifully decorated rooms, hallways, lobbies, courtyard, rooftop - every area was lovely and clean and inviting - great art and furniture - The rooms very nicely done and clean - the bathrooms quite nice - The people and service was excellent - the staff helpful - The morning breakfast was a very nice treat, nicely presented - I can't say enough about this... more

We live in the Virgin Islands and travel to Puerto Rico once or twice a year to "get off the rock". We have been looking for a unique, friendly small establishment to stay in as an alternative to the corporate hotels. Boy, did we find it. The rooms were clean and modern - ours had a nice big jacuzzi tub. The outside spaces in the hotel are tiled in Mexican Saltillo tile and filled with palms, bougainvillea, and many varieties of orchids that some enterprising green thumb has gone to great lengths to cultivate. Just got back from a week long trip to Puerto Rico (4/4/2004), and stayed at the Coral Princess for 2 nights right before we left to come back home. Wish that I would have stayed at the Coral Princess for longer! It is a small 20-some room inn in the Condado area, about a 10-15 minute ride from the airport. It has a small swimming pool and a rooftop hot tub, but the beach is only a two block walk (an easy one).
