The hotel was fine, but the service was just dreadful. Great views and facilities were ok, but we left feeling as though we had had money stolen from us.
You can be sure that we will not be going back.

When we were in Calgary the Canadians we met asked what hotel we were going to in Banff. When we said the Rimrock they all said wow! you will love it. They weren’t wrong there.
