When we were in Calgary the Canadians we met asked what hotel we were going to in Banff. When we said the Rimrock they all said wow! you will love it. They weren’t wrong there.
The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable, we had a turn down service every evening with chocolates left on the pillow. The kids loved the room service and were made to feel very special by the staff. The main restaurant was quite pricey but what do you expect from this standard of hotel. The fine food restaurant is superb we had a ten course meal and each course was brought out to us and explained by the waiter??!
The pool and spa facilities were lovely and clean. The underground parking was excellent we didn’t even take our skis out of the car and we could enter the hotel from the car park.
The only downside was that the Rimrock is about 3/4 of a mile outside of Banff so you really need a car to enjoy it, but we loved the peace and quiet.
