Stayed here early june.2010. this has now been my 5th stay here. and would recommend this hotel to anybody. it's clean. the food is fine, the staff and reps friendly,and lots to do for young kids and adults. although if you have kids aged around 14-16.. not much in the... more

me and my partner + 2 kids went + in-laws +sister in law and her family in 1997 and 1998 and we loved it. went back in 2001 and still loved it water park brill, only over the road from hotel planning to go in 2007. ps food brill
Loved it right on beach

we went half board for one week. food was great. act of a night not very good but there is so much around you dont notice. DONT visit taragona or if you do watch your purse. I got pick pocketed by gypsies, there are alot in taragona and it is abit scarey when walking around. La pineada is beautiful and the hotel is right on the beach, am going again in october this year.

We stayed at this hotel in 2003 and throughly enjoyed food, entertainment was brilliant lovely location, the staff and reps where so friendly also the hotel is situated just outside Salou which is lively of a night if that is what you want with a short bus ride to theme park. A fantastic view along the beach with a short walk to the water park. What more could you ask for. We are a family with young teenagers now and after a few years on other holidays are about to book to go back to this hotel as we think its brilliant and can't wait...

i am 16 years old and i absolutely loved the hotel i want to go back again. the staff was nice the nightlife was ok but could be better. the entertainment was great and the food was fantastico

Excellent hotel. Food was fantastic plenty of choice the desserts were absolutely wonderful. Staff and reps were great and all did a wonderful job. Hotel is located right on the beach with no roads to cross. Entertainment was great with different acts on every night that we were there, we were there for two weeks and never felt the need to go to any other bars as we enjoyed the entertainment provided by the hotel. There was plenty going on to keep my 9yr old son occupied both day and night with organized games around the...

Hi me and my partner Tracy stayed at this hotel and found it very clean good food and ideal location being more or less on the beach with a lovely cove for bathing the rooms are comfy and cleaned daily the staff in most areas of the hotel were very friendly especially the cleaners and the kitchen staff theres plenty shops nearby and a nice eating place Gordons english bar good beer and food well worth a visit i found the hotel entertainment good on evenings we stayed in.on the whole its a great hotel if you have kids but if your just a...

i've visited the donaire on several occasions with my 2 daughters aged 22 + 25 we had a boss time, food is good especially the carvery, buses run every 10mins to salou and of a night taxi's cost around 10-15 euros, GREAT VALUE! book now you wont regret it.

what can i say other than the hotel was lovely right on the beach the rooms were very clean cleaned daily with fresh towels provided every day! the food was very high standard. The only downside was there could have been more entertainment for the kids during the day, sometimes the pool and the beach wasnt enough for them. Would certainly go back again and would reccommend it to anyone.

This hotel was great the rooms were clean with a nice bathroom and the pool was clean and not too crowded.The beach next to it was very very packed but all beaches in spain are.A short walk along the promenade of La Pineda and you find allsorts including a lovely water park. The hotel entertainment at night was great and i got to know all the bar staff on a personal basis. Just like to say I read all the reviews on the Golden Donnaire Park Hotel and I wasnt disappointed it is a fantastic hotel loads of help and advice if needed just ask your reps who were very friendly the atmosphere was great and the food i couldnt fault any of the food i thought it was great even my 14 yr old son enjoyed the food so that must say something as he is a fussy eater. La pineda is a lovely place to stay loads to see and shops and stalls to look around it was nice walking along the beach on a nice hot day must I say the weather...
