Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort

FIRST THE POSITIVES. The resort is very well kept. The pools are beautiful and the staff very friendly. Resort is built on a large hill, which provides for good exercise walking the property.
NOW THE NEGATIVES. I arrived on a Monday and was taken to my room. While I am not a big TV watcher but I do like CNN to keep up with current events in these trying times. The problem is that I did not have a working remote and it took over four attempts to get it replaced. It was finally replaced by another bad one. Finally that later on the evening of my arrival it was properly replaced. The water pressure was also bad and seemed like forever for hot water. There were at least three brown outs lasting over an hour on the day of arrival through the second day. I have travelled the world and have eaten food in the strangest of countries but never in my life have I experienced such horrible food. McDonald is gourmet by comparison. Perhaps my timing was bad but I was surrounded. The entertainment was a complete joke and more irritating than entertaining not to mention how loud it was permeating my room until lip. By the second day I decided I had had enough and left the resort for home. It was a terrible experience and this resort should be ashamed of itself for asking people to pay good money for such terrible conditions. Honestly if you paid me to stay there twice what I paid I would not go. I would advise the same for everyone else.
Just he absolute worst vacation experience in my life.
