This well located hotel is excellent for families, groups and couples. Situated on Banff Avenue the Ptarmigan Inn is just a few minutes' walk to the attractions of downtown Banff. The Hotel is 2 minutes' walk to the centre of town and there is a free evening shuttle.The ski bus for Norquay, Sunshine and Lake Louise stops outside the hotel.

We recently went on a skiing trip to Banff, Alberta, staying at the Ptarmigan Hotel on Banff Avenue.

This was our second skiing trip to Canada, and every bit as good as the first. Overall, we would not hesitate to recommend Banff as a resort.... read more
