Arrived Thursday afternoon, no problems at airport, on bus to Costa Teguise, which is about a 20 min, transfer. Got to apartments and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and the warm welcome we received.

Los Carmenes is a quiet, very clean complex of 50 one or two bed-roomed appartments. We were impressed that they provided towels, soap etc and cleaned rooms daily. If you do not hire a kettle you can boil water in a small saucepan for coffee etc. Two... read more

The apartments themselves were great - very clean and tidy. The catering facilities were basic, with a fridge and two rings to cook on, but there were so many cheap restaurants in the area that eating out was the easiest option.
