The hoel is 5 minutes' drive to the resort centre, reache in the evening by shuttle bus. and all 3 ski areas and ski school meeting place are reached by the ski bus which stops outside.

The resort of Banff and the ski areas of Lake Louise and Sunshine are an excellent place for European skier looking for an alternative.

If you get the option take a trip out to Kicking Horse for something a little different.

I’ve stayed at the Inns of Banff for the past two years and I’m more than happy to stay again.

However I would say that this hotel is best suited for adults and not small children, mainly due to it being built into a hill.

Banff was fantastic and a great place to ski.

The hotel however is in need of renovation. I agree with the previous review - having paid for a superior room we were put in block C which is a bit of a hike with luggage and children in tow.read more
