Pefkos Beach Hotel

Booked this based on reviews and was not disappointed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The whole complex was spotless. Apartment (1 bedroom) was very very roomy. Food excellent, service excellent. Supermarket next door owend by the same family very well stocked and good prices too. Pefkos itself is lovely, fab beaches. The glass bottom boat trip to Lindos is a must. Local buses very cheap and air conditioned! Loads of restaurants fave ones Blue Bay, Nostalgia, Terpsis.... My partner and I have just come back from spending a week in Pefkos and wanted to write this review straight away cos it was such a great, relaxing holiday. We chose this apartment complex after reading other reviews and were really really pleased with it. We had a two bedroomed apartment right next to the pool and the reception area. This is a great place for a relaxing holiday. We went in Aug 05 and then returned Aug 06 to get married in Lindos. Pefkos Beach is lovely, great views from the rooms, rooms were spotless, fab pool bar and cocktail bar.

We booked the Pefkos Beach Hotel through Portland Holidays on reccommendation from the Trip Advisor Reader Reviews which were all giving EXCELLENT reports of this hotel and resort and I must say were completely CORRECT. stayed at pefkos beach oct 06 have to say it was one of the best apartments we have stayed at it was a bit of climb to get to our room but we knew that when booked so had no complaints the room we had .had recently been refurbished there was plenty of space with a double bed and 2 bunks lots of wardrobe and draw space. air con was available if required at a cost of 55 euros aweek we found if we left the balcony door open slightly at night it was comfortable .the complex itself was quite big. 2 pools and a childrens pool .i found the pools... more

BRIALLIANT! I stayed at this hotel from the 13/09/06 - 27/09/06 I went with my aunty , uncle and my cousins and her baby we had a fantastic time! There are so many good things to say about this hotel I don't know where to start, I had a lovely room (302) clean very big and spacious with a gorgeous views of the hotel swimming pools and a fantastic view of the mountains and all from stepping out on to the balcony, all rooms have a tv with sky channels ( not that you want to stay in to watch it there is to much else to do ). We stayed at the Pefkos Beach Hotel from the 2nd to 16th Sept 2006, the hotel was lovely and clean and in a fantastic location My big tip would be to ask for a quiet room as we had a room away from the pool which was very peaceful and we wasn't disturbed The rooms around the pool seem very noisy as they had night entertainment on 2-4 nights a week The breakfast is a nightmare stale cornflakes or bread cheese and ham We had breakfast at the Oasis which is a pool/bar combined which is fanastic for sunbathing and great... more

My boyfriend and I (both 23) went to the Pefkos Beach Hotel this month for 2 weeks to get away from the stresses of Uni before we both started for our final years and this hotel and resort were perfect for this. Our first impression of the hotel was that it looked like the nicest hotel in the resort and was immaculately clean! We chose to stay in one of the self catering rooms (room 504). We stayed at Pefkos Beach s/c in a lovely studio by the pool we had stayed there last year and loved it and returned which we understand now so do many people beach is great,only thing guy at beach cafe moody needs to learn to wipe tables not shout at his staff hotel is brill staff are lovely receptionists are so nice special mention for them as is top barman and Costa at btm bar we enjoyed and will certainly return met some great families and got great tans also visit waterpark at FALIRAKI ITS GREAT FUN

This is a great hotel for self catering but don't go on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast is identical every day - sliced ham, sliced cheese, three jams, two white breads, coffee and grim juice and some unspeakable unnamed cereal. You can top up with something cooked, but at a price. If you have mobility problems also avoid this hotel. Apart from that, we had a wonderful holiday here.
