When arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a receptionist who was not very welcoming. We went to our room and waited half an hour for our lugage.We then realised that our air conditioning was not working,we reported it to reception 3 times before someone actually came out to mend it. I would like to mention it went wrong 3 more times during our week stay and one night sleeping without which was very uncomfortable in the heat. Fantastic fun for all the family . Spotlessly clean, wonderful food and restaurants plus three bars, spacious complex with lots of free activities on offer. Everything it claimed to be in the brochure but no water sports on the beach and the disco has been mysteriously closed. Ok, so you have read other people's comments about the rooms (we had a lovely, spacious family studio with a sea view, brand new fridge and room safe- 2 adjoining rooms and a bathroom). Hi Just got back today from2 week break. Just a few things I think I should share. Firstly, great 1st impressions. Family rooms were very small so beware wat you pay for is what you get, however,no way would I recommend this As this is 1 small room with a doulde bed & pull out sofa bed. So About 5 pools but on the 1st week towels were being left out at 5am in the morning, however when some got to the beds after breakfast the towels had been thrown into the pools. I have just come back from Club Sunshine and it really wasn't what I was expecting!! Upon arrival we were meant to get someone to take our luggage to the room but we got fed up and made our own way which wasn't such a big deal but when we got in our room we had a really old air con unit which vibrated so loudly we couldn't possibly sleep through it and trust me you will need it.
