The Hotel has always stated in its brochure ,that there may be some noise from traffic,rooms are fitted with double glazing,which shutrs out all traffic noise. Although requests to move rooms are usually met,on this occasion,there were no other rooms available at the time of the guests request. Hotel Tropical is situated in Hanioti only 5 minutes walk from the centre,with the nearest beach 300 metres away.Approx 5 minutes walk. Menu's are discussed and pre arranged in contracts with tour operators before the sason starts, removing the responsibility from the hotel,this also appliess to the provision of cooking facilities in rooms and this information is available from tour operators. Air conditioning is free of charge,and we do not ask extra money for this facility.this also applies to the facility of the pool area where there is no stipulation whereby you must make purchases from the pool bar before using the pool facility. There is a popular failing that some Greek people are too loud.However, this not the case and Greek people are enthusiastic and considerate at all times when dealing with guests.

No rooms are kept specifically for customers booking directly with the hotel. All our operators have the same division of rooms I.E.Pool view or garden view and all guests are treated equally. Hotel Tropical is situated in Hanioti only 5 minutes walk from the centre with the nearest beach 300 metres from the hotel.Approx 5 minutes walk. All menu's are preset into contracts with tour operators before the season starts and first guests arrive.Guests have the opportunity to check menu's whilst booking with tour operator and all responsibility is taken from he hotel. The hotel is not responsible for providing cooking facilities in rooms this information is also available in contract with tour operator. All rooms have been refurbished in 2007,and all have been completed to the same very good standard.

My name is Sakis i am the hotel manager I would like to reply to the last review we don't have any entertainment on the first night as we know people are tyred. We do have a 60-70s night on the friday in the main bar but after 12 o'clock we close all doors to keep the noise to a minium. Also in the brochure it states this is a liverly hotel and we like to keep are clients happy with plenty of entertainment. At the time of the guests being here the hotel was full we only advertised when we had rooms availble and these we all on the back which is were the guests did not want so we did not inform them as soon as a room was free on the front which was a change over day we moved them straight away. On day one these people came to reception to ask for room change this is before they had time to sit on the balcony and complain about the traffic. Even after we changed the room they still complained, they complained several time during there stay even though we did everything for them and other guests did not complain about anything.
