Excelsior Hotel

Dear Guest Thank you for commenting your stay at the Excelsior I have just taken over the place of the Excelsior Hotel Manager but I would like to answer your comment however. Concerning the refurbishment, it has been done during a month in December We also took good note about the cutlery & bought more to offer enough for the breakfast And concerning the problems which happened in the rooms, we changed all the hotel locks after the past incidents. Everything has now been done to provide an excellent service to our guests & I sincerely apologize in the name of the hotel Matthieu CROISIEZ - Manager

Concerning the money missing, we changed all the hotel locks & have some safety boxes available. Concerning, the police, I can’t understand why you didn’t hear from them after having complained. Concerning any kind of insects, we have of course a contract with a company to prevent & treat the rooms: of course we contacted them in the hour to warn them and ask them to come & treat the problem ! Concerning the forks missing, we bought a whole new set to provide enough of them even when a lot of persons have breakfast (which makes us think the quality of it is good) For the cleaning of the rooms, we were quickly aware of the problem & the person in duty wasn’t of our staff: we now double our effort to check the rooms & keep the good elements of our staff, at the desk, the breakfast or in the rooms, as we agree that this is part of the quality we wish to offer to our guests I do apologize for your stay & remain at your disposal Matthieu CROISIEZ – Manager

Concerning your stay, I’m happy that everything was fine. Despite of course your tea-coffee making facility: we do not provide this service in the rooms but do propose tea or coffee in the lobby.
