stayed in hotel for one night. Mrs Laure at the check in was incredible nice. near Disneyland (about 7km) and shopping center (about 2km). will recommend.just one minor check in time only after 15h!

Stayed here in May, would class it more as apartments more than a hotel really, as no restaurant. No problems with the gates whilst I was there and they did have vending machines. Good location for Disney & Val'd Europe, but we did have a car. Felt that it was a bit remote! Room was clean and bins emptied daily, although there was a strange smell in the room. All in all was good for the money, we weren't there for a luxourious holiday!

We stayed for a long weekend in February so we was expecting the hotel to be deserted, which it was. When we arrived we couldnt get into the car park because the staff have to open the gate and there was no one there, waited 15mins before I started beeping my horn. Once in reception the lady behind the counter didnt say 1 word to us. She signed us in, gave us the key and turned back around to carry on watching the tv they had round the back. Very clean aparthotel. Good facilities in the apartment if you have a car, are planning to cook and use it as a base. We stayed there for New Year's Eve and were disappointed at the distance of the hotel from Eurodisney - we didn't have a car and taxis were hard to come by given the time of year. We ended up walking and getting soaked. The walk to Eurodisney was through industrial parks/fields - there weren't any walkways/pavements and it was really dark so not at all ideal. The accomodation was spacious and it was close to Val D'Europe, about a 25 min walk. and was a train ride to Disney. But we were greeted by a few problems!! At the reception on booking in no one could speak english. The rooms were not serviced everyday( rubbish not removed from the room) and on enquiring about this ,was told by the only english speaking person, that the rooms were not serviced everyday and that we had to remove our own rubbish. Booked this hotel purely for its location as Disneyland is really just down the road and Val D'Europe the massive shopping centre is also close by. The hotel is very modern but lacks character. The rooms are clean and modern with a nice kitchenette and bathroom. The bedrooms are also good. If you are staying with kids you will get a bed plus a sofa bed for the kids which is great. The bed is quite comfortable but my parents who were staying in the smaller room only had the sofa bed which they told me was awful to sleep on. The pool... more

Stayed here for 3 nights over Easter. Really near to Disney at night you could see the castle lit up from the hotel. Very clean and rooms were big. Staff were friendly. I would use again.

We've just spent one night at this apartment complex and it's truly a great place to stay if you want to save a bit of money from the expensive Disneyland hotels. We paid £42 (tax included) per room compared to £338 per room we would have paid if we had stayed at one of the disneyland hotels. It's about 7km (10 minutes) away from Disneyland and about 2km for the Val d'Europe shopping centre. We recommend visiting this shopping centre, it's absoulting fantastic. My family and I have just spent 5 nights at this accomodation. We found the apartment to be extremely clean and towels were changed every day. The staff were extremely helpful and were in no way rude as has been described in the review I have read. The apartments are very close to the Disney resort and if like us you do not hire a car, it will cost about €10 in a taxi to get to Disneyland. The good: 1. Location - 5 mins from Disney by car. 2. Quite cheap (BUT still not worth it at about €100 per night). The bad: 1. Pool out of action until May 2. When we arrived there was no bedding, no pillows, and no towels. 3. "Buffet breakfast" is, in fact, a limited breakfast served to you and consists of a third of a bagette, a croissant, a small glass of very diluted juice, a pot of yoghurt and a coffee from a machine.
