Club Las Velas Cancun Hotel

well stayed there in 2000 and it was fab fishing ,snorkling ,jetskis ,drink hot hot hot, and also got married there it was a very very good holiday.
id recomend to anyone and if migel is still there the fishing tour guy well what a nice bloke.................. thanks club las velas x

Stayed for our honeymoon in 2000. Staff pleasant enough but local tour guide bit useless. Hotel was fairly good and the food and drink were good. Lots of UK trailer trash whom I normally go out of my way to avoid on holiday. Cancun was a fantastic place - won't go back to this hotel tho.

Most definately the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and most certainly the worst holiday. Food poisoning 3 days after arrival, 100 sunbeds for 500 guests resulting in squabbles around the pool. Property stolen from our room by chambermaid (Later returned). On the last day I was physically stopped from leaving the front gates to get our transfer coach by hotel security has we did not have an "Exit pass" from reception. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS AS YOU WILL REGRET IT. Very dissappointing after an 11 hour flight from the UK.

I loved it here.I went for 2 weeks in 1999 and i loved it that much i cried all the way home when i had to come back.Defin a 10 out of 10 from me.I'm lookin at going back next yr with my little boy as when i went i swam with dolphins and would love for my little boy to do the same.The rooms were very nice and clean and the staff there were helpful and had a few choices of restaurants etc to choose from.

We arrived at the hotel and it seemed very nice indeed. The staff could not do enough for you. The pool and the beach were out of this world. The pool had a swim up bar. The food didn’t seem brill nothing really for kids.
We had one day at the hotel and then was evacuated cause of hurricane Wilma. The staff were good in the shelter. I would go back to park royal again the room was very nice it is just the food i would worry bout having 2 children.
