Pafian Park Holiday Village

The Pafian Park is not recomended for couples or adult parties, we have just returned from a two week stay, and although we could not fault the staff and cleanliness, it is just that it is so far away from the main streets, the entertainment was dire, so you need to get out and about, this then leaves you with a problem, there is a very steep road that you need to walk up in order to get a bus anywhere, if you are returning home after 11 then you need to get a taxi which would then cost between 15 and 20 Euros each time. Have just returned from a 2 week all inclusive holiday at the Pafian Park. Had a wonderful time. Staff were very friendly, food great, accommodation very clean. Although not in a central location, its about a ten minute walk to the main bus route, where buses run every 15 mins, in either direction. If you are going for the nightlife then give it a miss. It provides rather basic , but enjoyable family entertainment. The beach is small and, sandy.

I urge anyone who is thinking of going here......don't,i'm very open minded to all styles of hotels but this is a throw back from the 1970's.The decor,style, kitchenette in an all inclusive,towel 's that were past there best,food(thank heaven's for bread rolls)If this and the other never again reviews don't put you of Good Luck. This was definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the people that say it was great, are either lying or have very low standards! I paid a lot of money to stay at the Pafian Park and was very disappointed. I totally agree with “Extremely Disappointed”. I have stayed at the Louis Phaethon Hotel and the difference is astonishing! just arrived home after 2 weeks at the pafian park and wat can i say dont listen to the negativity of some make your own mind up i did and had the best holiday ever yes it is only 3 star but the staff and animation team make it 5 star i have stayed at many 5 star accomadation and does not match up to this self contained village great place lovely people we have already booked for next year the day we arrived back and looking forward to nxt year holiday.

We stayed at Pafian Park for 4 days, wife and 3 children. Rooms were very OK, and the pool area with the animation team was a lot of fun time there. Good for travellers with young children who want to spend a week for relax in the village.

We stayed at pafian park in July 2008 .Me and my wife and 3 children are quite open when it comes to holiday accomadation and except when we go to different countries we should expect different cultures and standards however booking the holiday 12 months in advance and paying a small fortune for our family holiday we do expect some standards, staying at pafian park did not give us any basic standards whatsoever,as described by 2 travel agents who stayed here the rooms are large and spacious however its states in your welcome pack towels... more

As the below review, i am also a travel agent. I have just returned from 4 Nights All inclusive at the Pafian Park and i too was a bit worried after reading some reviews on other sites as to what i was going to. But i had no reason to complain. had a fantastic holiday. The apartments were large and clean. Maid service, clean towels every day. We have returned today from the Pafian Park Holiday Village in Paphos Cyprus. I am a Travel Agent and booked the holiday for myself and my family, 11 of us in total. We arrived late at night and were greeted by friendly and helpfull staff. Our rooms were of a very good size and were clean and very comfortable. We loved the location of this hotel as it was far enough from the hustle and bustle of bar street but near enough in a taxi for the members of the family that wanted to take a short taxi ride to bar street (10 euros).<br... more

We stayed at the Pafian Park Hotel in May 2008. The hotel itself is basic, but clean and well looked after. The staff - animation team, and bar and restaurant staff were rude and unhelpful. I would never go there again. We have stayed in paphos many times and all the other hotels we have stayed in were of a much better standard.
