Diamond Hotel

Location is excellent, food is average, edible but not particularly interesting. Some of the staff were excellent, however there was one particular receptionist, I didn't manage to catch her name unfortunately but she was young with straight dark hair. Extremely unpleasant little minga!! OK, so your not paying a lot to go here and we specifically chose it as it was cheap, due to saving for our Wedding, so we really did not expect much as long as it was clean. However this was definately NOT a 4* hotel. We were given an "apartment" which was just a big hotel room - although very basic we were generally happy with, apart from the disgustingly dirty and stained carpet ... we refused to walk around with no shoes on! hotel is in good location only 5 min walk to the strip.rooms were very big,view from room was of a run down apartment block!i wouldnt say it is a four star hotel as the service isnt up to them standards.hotel would be more for young people than families.i had a terrible nights in this hotel as each morning i woke up with new bites on my legs,dont know if it was just me but do bring something to prevent this.the only good thing about this hotel was the location!

Hotel is in the center Of Sunny Beach - 50 m from the main promenade, where you can find a lot of bars, restauransts, sourvenir shopps. The staff was quiet nice and helpfull except one staff member who was rolig his eyes allways when he was asked to open the safe. The noice volume depends on other guest of the hotel - during our stay there were a lot of jung peopel who were making a lot oh noice all night long. This is certainly not a 4 star hotel. Although the room was large there was not a lot else could be said about it other than it was filthy, smelly and very dirty.The Toilet leaked onto the tiled floor leaving a yellow scum round the waste outlet.The Shower head was held on with cardboard and it swung round on the wall The carpets was covered in what could only be described as dried vomit stains beside the bed and numerous burn maks on the floor. I enjoyed my stay at the diamond hotel. I did not agree with the 4 star rating perhaps 2 or 3 star would have suited this hotel more. The food could have been a lot better, breakfast was poor and dinner was average. Some staff were friendly however some were quite rude to the point that they would stare as you walked past and then talk amongst their friends and laugh! Ensure you give yourself an early start if you want a place by the pool. The hotel is in walking distance from nightlife shops and the beach, it is also a few yards from a bus... more
