I would recomend this hotel to anyone the was really nice and once you got to know the bar staff and the reps ( denni and ally) it was really nice you may be lil disapointed at 1st as dosnt seem as big as all the other hotels but in my opinion made it more personal loved every minute of it would deffinatly go back!!!!

My husband and I just returned from Cancun. We had reservations at Caribbean Princess for 7 nights, but upon arrival the hotel told us they overbooked and we were being moved across the street to Aqua Marina (a dump) for one night. We'll the next day we went back to Caribbean Princess and were told they still did not have any rooms and just to wait another day and they would come pick us up. i stayed there with my boyfriend and we paid a lot of money for it. My friend and I have just returned from a great New Year's week at the Caribbean Princess. We booked our holiday just 4 weeks before departure and were unsure of what it would be like as it looked unlike some of the smarter, bigger hotels in Cancun. I really enjoyed the hotel! I went with a friend of mine and we had a fab time! I really recommend this hotel because it is just far enough out of the centre that you can have "chill out time" but there is a courtesy bus to the beach every day, and the public transport runs more or less all night so you can easily do as much as you want, whenever you want. Arrived home 17th December 2003, had a brill time. Location ideal, food basic but good plenty to choose from. All staff pleasent and can't do enough for you. Entertainment basic hoiwever the team are funny and work hard, only one professional show a week (dancers). Room spacious not much wardrobe space, bed enormous but very hard on concrete base still did not stop us from sleeping. We would recommend this idylic hotel and resort.

Just came back from Cancun and had a really good time. The Caribbean Princess was a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The entertainment staff were excellent. Alex and Ivan went out of their way to make sure all of the guests enjoyed themselves with pool games and taking the guests out to different bars and clubs every night. The waiters were very efficient and worked really hard especially Manuel who had a permanent smile on his face. We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday staying at the Caribbean Princess. The Staff were tremendous from the moment we arrived and our room was spacious and clean with a large balcony and a breathtaking view of the lagoon with a Caribbean Sunset.
