Magic Life Penelope Beach Imperial

This holiday seemed so reasonable for AI that I thought it a bit too good to be true but the hotel was wonderful, the staff were really friendly, the food lovely and alcohol flowing. The weather let us down a bit whilst we were there but when it did shine it was fantastic. Would recommend the Pirate ship but not the sahara tour.

We have fallen in love with this place, fabulous!! All staff are so nice. Dorothee at Guest Relations is lovely, Nordy in Jazz Bar, lovely bloke! All the staff we spoke to were so nice and helpful. We could not fault Penelope Beach and would definately go back again as long as Thomson don't price it out of the market!! The food was so, so good and far better than most 5* hotels we have stayed at. The a la carte resuarants are very good. Best part is everything is included, no extras to pay for. This hotel is excellent value for money and it does everything it claims to do. No hidden costs it is all inclusive just like it states on the web site. The food ,drinks entertainment & rooms are of very good standard. The staff are well mannered, friendly and cant do enough for you. The cleanness of this hotel is 10/10 never seen such a clean hotel, the toilets on the beach were clean not even sand in them !! Just returned from a superb holiday at the Penelope Beach. Unfortunately many people have been put off from travelling to Tunisia because of the Libyean troubles but we saw nothing that would make you uneasy. You would not know that there is any trouble. We were told that something like 160,000 people have cancelled from Tunisia and Egypt, could well believe it as well because the Penelope Beach can take 750 guests. This is an wonderful place, can not recomend it enough, we have just returned from a lovely relaxing wk. The Penelope beach has got it all whether you want an active holiday or a relaxing one.The food was fabulous catered for every one also has 3 al carte restuarants to chose from. Plenty of sunbeds wether you wanted to be on the beach or around one of the many swimming pools including an indoor pool or a quite pool. We have just returned from a weeks holiday, it was fabulous! Both my fiance and 11 month old boy also loved the resort. The food is amazing! the restaurant has daily themes, the choice is great! there was plenty of food for our baby too. We did need to take a kettle and glad we did to boil babies water because the room didnt have a kettle. The restaurant does have a microwave to warm babies food up and a bottle warmer but our avent bottle was a bit too big for the small warmer. just returned from penelope beach resort and all i can say is fantastic never had to spend any money everything was all included even water prorts and shisha smokimg room breakfast was a tad boring but the food through out the dat including the night was just unreal check out the 3 ala cart resturants as well i have 2 children 3 and 4 and they were in there element with the mongo club the aqua park will keep you and the children busy next to the beach and the beach and water was loverly apart from the men with the horses... more

Once on the premises of the club Magic Life, you enter a world of friendlyness, top service and sheer relaxation. Check the site for pre-check in, it's perfect.
