Kenzi Club Oasis

Kenzi club hotel is an Oasis as far as the garden and grounds go.The restuarant staff and the service they provide is excellent.The rooms are good,but during our stay we had no control over the air conditioning, as the hotel has a master control which which they tended to hog!Therefore could not get heating when we needed it.The food is plentyfull and varied BUT the quality was very poor and hot food served 9 out of 10 times COLD,the Meat dishes were more fat than meat.My wife cought food poisoning.When complaing and asking to see the... more

Loved it, 4 star by North Africa standards yes. European no. But 3 generations of adults (aged between 19 and 68) had a great holiday. The bus service they offer into town is free and reliable. You get to stay in a peaceful oasis and still tour the big city with all it's noise and colour. The spa massage is fabulous and cheap. The Hotel barely comes up to the standard of a 4* hotel. We had ants in our room and were given a can of raid to kill them. The buffet food is left out for hours uncovered which attracted flies and birds. Bottled water is only available at meal times, the rest of the time it is a dispenser and dirty glasses. The hotel seemed to be aimed at the french as all signage is in french with only french tour operators and all the entertainment is in french.

I really loved this Hotel .. it is set in the Middle of nowhere.. which is just what I wanted.. and has a true Moroccan feel about it.. the food was amazing and plentiful.. the staff were lovely and work very hard.

this complex was like Butlins in the sun! 10 miles from anywhere!!! i went with a full head of hair and its only just started to grow back! You can enjoy party games like 'guess whats in my pocket ' (in french!) which lasted 45 mins!!!! or musical statues with a twist! more like a 18-30 holiday! the entertainment staff were gross! asked us if we wanted hash or private room services! (the hack of them!!!!!)

Just returned from the Kenzi Oasis where we spent 10 days, and to be quite honest it was quite a dissapointment. The whole place needed drastic modernisation and a thoroughtly good clean because at the moment the hygiene standards in the premises are zero! Flies and wasps all over the bar, cats roaming around in the restaurant, birds landing on the bread rolls and pastries which are kept uncovered in the restaurant, and ants on the floor and all over the walls of the chalet bathroom one evening. This hotel was a disater from start to finish. Accommodation was really dated and certainly not worthy of one star. If you want to share your food with birds, flies and wild cats then this is the place for you. Could not believe the first morning with wild birds pecking away at the cake and bread rolls!!!Nothing was covered and the flies had a wonderful time as did the wild cats who wandered through the dining room as they pleased. Airport to hotel is 200 to 220 dirhams, (£17) don't pay anymore than that. Hotel is fine but would not class it as a four star. The animation team are friendly and helpful, and get the party going at night time. Guests were mostly French and Moroccan, with a sprinkling of British. We had 3 nights all inclusive after 4 days in a Riad. Great combination. It was great value, the staff were really friendly especially the animation team. The food and drinks were plentiful and of a high quality. Rooms were clean but a little dated. Pool was clean and there were plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Overall great value pool break.
