This is without doubt the WORST hotel I have ever had the misfortune to visit. Aside from the rude obnoxious staff, the food was barely edible and other than the insects crawling from within the salad nothing looked like making the meals appetising in particular the goat neck stew we were served on our last night. Light fittings hanging by a thread, cleaners appeared twice within the week and didn't really clean on those occasions. Anyone thinking of Andorra please for your own sake do not in you wildest dreams visit the run down Panda!!

Run by French family, very friendly. We arrived on New Year’s Eve and piled straight into fresh oysters and champagne!
Rooms were fairly basic, but plenty of hot water and baths to soak in.
One thing we really didn't like was the smoking in the dining room.
Not much choice in the way of food for children. Pascal our waiter was top geezer even though he didn't speak much English, he was very good value.
Fairly close to the slopes with ski locker available a 15 minute walk from the hotel up hill.

I have never ever stopped in such a run down place in all my life.! We have pig sheds in better condition. Light fixtures were hanging off the ceiling by bare live wires. Cockroches and other misterious creatures appearing when we were eatting our meals, breakfast and tea. When the owner was confronted he acted as if he didnt no any english! Our room neaver got cleaned,no clean towels. To top it off they charged us for a tv that was broken before we even got into the room. They blackmailed us good and propper!. My advice is check your room when u first arrive and tell the manager or your reps about the faults in your room. Every meal ahd goat meat in it!.
