Captain Oliver's Resort Hotel

We had a wonderful lunch at Captain Oliver's and would highly recommend it. The view is awesome and they had some unusual attractions, such as a talking parrot that greets visitors with a cheery 'hello'. They also had a mini-zoo on site and a 'glass' floor as well. We had three children with us (6, 9, and 11) and they loved they place! The food was delicious and we had the honor of meeting the owners Oliver and Maggie, who were most gracious! This place is a 'must-see' when vacationing in St. Martin!

Hello ! How about a holiday where we slept in a spacious room in France, ate a dinner of the highest order in The Netherlands, and watched boats under sail come and go, while sitting on the border betwen the two countries sipping tasty rum punches? Recently spent three weeks at Captain Oliver's Resort. Oliver and Maggi are friendly hosts. They try to visit all of the guests. The view from my spotless room was breathtaking and always changing. The employees at the hotel and restaurant are friendly, helpful, and have a sense of humor. The food is gourmet quality. Hope to go there again soon.

Captain Oliver’s Resort, what a pleasure it is to write about. Our family and relatives have been staying there almost every Christmas/New Year’s break and in May for the last 6 years. It is almost like home now. Captain Oliver’s resort is located mid-island away from all the cruise ship tourists. The rooms are spacious and clean with a veranda to sit and relax watching the sailboats come in and out and the seagulls dive for their dinner. The ocean view rooms look to the east to St. Barths and are close to the pool and restaurant.... more
