Dear benson05 We are truly sorry to hear that your experience of the Seychelles was not up to your expectations especially as this was on your honeymoon. We accommodate many couples on their honeymoon to the Seychelles and they have all been very pleased with their stay with us. As always, we welcome all constructive criticism in order to strive to be of better service to our clients and as this business is our livelihood we take all reviews very seriously. In response to your comments we wish to confirm the following: 1. Our records indicate that it was due to work commitments that you had to shorten your stay and not for the reasons indicated in your review which come as quite a surprise to us. Our staff accommodated you in every respect in this regard and you even thanked us for our kindness and help in re-confirming all your flight tickets. 2. The chalets have undergone major management changes and restructuring since 2008. Hence the lateness in our response as we now have set up a new marketing division. 3. All our chalets have new sun loungers with waterproof cushions for better comfort for all our clients. 4. The chalets are very secure and we have a night security watchman who patrols the chalets for the added safety and security of our clients. Wishing you and your wife all the best for the future.
