My husband and I have just returned from the Crystal Sunrise Queen and it has to be one of our best holidays ever. The weather, food, staff and the all-inclusive beverages where second to none. Free beach towels, mini bar replenished daily with beer, water, soft drinks, nuts and chocolate. Next year the new building and the waterslides will be open all time. This hotel was previously known as the Sunrise Queen Booked with Thomsons from Newcastle. Good customer service good airport experience. Went for 1 week with husband, teenage son and parents who have some walking difficulties. We arrived late; a fresh snack was especially prepared for us. Just returned from spending 11 nights at the Sunrise Queen. We had been told it was a good hotel by friends who had stayed here and were not disappointed. Our room was large and modern and the mini bar stocked daily. The food was excellent with great presentation and variety. The a la carte nights were very good. Due to a 13 hour plus Thomson flight delay we arrived a day late at around 6am, checkin was simple no fuss, room was ready and the fridge stocked. We have just returned from our 33rd visit to this hotel. We stayed 22 nights and have no complaints whatsoever. This is excellent accommodation. Hotel is 5 star rating and deserving of this. We recently spent a week at this hotel/resort, having never been to Turkey before. It must be said that this is the nicest foreign hotel we have ever stayed in. The quality of the decor, furnishings etc was excellent. The staff were really friendly and could not do enough for you. Everybody did all that they could to make your holiday a great one! Cannot fault it. A very big hotel with entertainment every night. Overwhelmingly luxury. Very clean. Towels & bedding changed every day. No fighting for sunbeds, ample of everything! Great food, buffet style meals in half board with lots of choice. Private beach. Safe to walk around at night - a walk to Side takes about 30mins along the front...but longer if you stop off at the bars on-route!! Most shops expect you to haggle for goods but don't let that bother you, the folk are very friendly.

We spent a week at the Sunrise Queen all inclusive in May and thoroughly enjoyed it. We decided to go all inclusive based on the reviews on tripdavisor and didn't regret it. The food was wide-ranging and fantastic - we were spoilt for choice every time. Ask for a room with a sea view. The walk into the main town is 35 mins.
