Thank you for your review, unfortunately we were not aware of this, otherwise we would have responded earlier. This is most definately the first time this has happened in this property. The property was left unattended with the doors open despite the fact that all tennants are issued with and asked to sign, our villa and community rules which clearly states you must not leave the property unsecured wheather you are present or not as it is well known that thieves operate in all tourist areas. It is very disappointing that this client has only seen fit to award a 1/10 as this was completely out of our control and these things happen in hotels, bars, restaurants and other properties.

I stayed at villa kavensa with my family in june 2010 I received details of my booking prior to travel which stated check in wasn't allowed until 1800 due to the villa being cleaned not ideal with the youngest child travelling being 11 months old but so be it. having... more

I was very upset to read this report. This villa lets very well, and most people enjoy their stay, but it is not a luxury villa and the price reflects that.We did have a small problem with damp as we had just experienced 4 months of consistant rain which has proven to be the worst ever recorded in this area. The BBQ is old but is cleaned before all arrivals and has now been replaced. The electrics were upgrading during the winter, but tripping of electricity is common here, it happens regularly in my villa, as only a certain amount of watts can be used at one time. It is not like the electricity supply in the UK. The Television was replaced at the time to a 20"LCD TV I deal with complaints in the first instance and can assure you that we have only had one complaint in many,many lets and we always do our best to resolve any issues promptly on all our properties. When you check in you will be given a sheet to sign of Villa and Community rules and also a Check In/out Sheet. Any defects in a property are noted on these and seen to as soon as possible. Should any problems arise during your stay, you should advise us right away as these villas are not hotels and things can get heavily used (and abused).Prior to the commencement of the season the villa will be checked for maintenance problems and issues dealt with and resolved. We are confident that you will have a great holiday, obviously as a rental Agency we are dependent on people enjoying their holiday and giving a good service, we have many many repeat customers.
