More Mountain Morzine Luxury Chalets

After a wicked week staying at Chalet Robin, More Mountain, I thought I'd write something to help others. This has to be the best chalet I have stayed at so far. Great rooms, large spacious lounge, with an amazing fireplace and lots of room to lounge around. The food is amazing, maybe too amazing (definately put weight on with the cakes and deserts...) The hosts Sam and Jon have excellent knowledge of the best places to board (ask them about the happy valley). And the hot tub after a days riding rounds it off..

This is the second time I've stayed with More Mountain and I had a better time this year than last. The Chalet (Chalet Robin) was great again, the rooms, the food, everything about it was excellent. This year, there's a slightly different set up than last. Sam and Jon now have a sort of management role, they don't cook and clean the one Chalet, but they take care of all there guests in all the Chalets. Well just come back from my winter trip to Chalet Robin, Morzine. Having stayed here in the summer i was looking forward to doing some skiing here as well. I wasn't disappointed. The ski area is huge, with seemingly endless of piste potential, and of course great fun to be had in the Stash. We had loads of fresh snow and the weather was canny considering the time of year. Just seen the reviews for More Mountain in Morzine and thought I should add mine... Morzine is a brilliant place to visit. In winter time the lifts open out to access a fantastic no. of pistes and in summer, the lifts are open again to enjoy Mountain Biking, Walking or just chilling out to the fab views. All this is made even 'More' enjoyable (to be cheesy!) by staying at More Mountain. A fantastic place to visit, great people - Sam & Jon are brilliant hosts. My boyfriend and me found More Mountain after searching the web a bit. We wanted something more than the big companies can offer. We've both worked for Crystal and TUI and although on the whole their chalets are fine, the chalet staff don't actually 'care'. Straight away on the More Mountain website we had the feeling these were chalets for people with a passion for the snow, run by people with a passion for snow! We were right. This place is fab, its uber cool, friendly and loads of space, its even got a hot tub which is welcome after a day of snow boarding or a hard core mountain bike ride. This is the second time visit for my girlfriend and I .I don't want to leave this review because the next time I book it might not be available!! .

A lovely place to stay where we were pampered. Food great, atmosphere superb, surroundings great and the host really nice.

As a group we have stayed in various places in Morzine for long weekend mountain bike trips - none could better this place!! Sam & John (our hosts) make you feel at home the moment you arrive. The chalet is superb, the hot tub is just what you need at the end of a battering day on the hill, and the food is better than most restaurants. We aim to return next year and do it all again.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, very relaxed and homely, great location in Morzine centre, not too close to town to be too much in the thick of it all, but just close enough to be within a 5 minute walk away from the bars etc. Really friendly owners who bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable. They are also full of local knowledge so can help you with your stay to get the most out of the area. We spent a week at More Mountain chalet. The chalet is beautiful and we have never experienced such incredible service before. It was so lovely that it was hard to drag ourselves away from the chalet to visit the beautiful surrounding countryside. The accommodation itself was extremely luxurious and stylish with leather sofas, underfloor heating, very comfy beds, a gorgeous central log fire and l'occitane toiletries.
