On arrival we were greeted by very loud music which we could hear within our room, we asked to move rooms but none were available. Be prepared to get up early to claim your sun lounger,as they were all taken before breakfast with the placing of towels !!! The food is average, much the same choice each day and the dininng area lacks any atmosphere. Staff unfriendly and appeared not to want guests to stay in the hotel day or nighttime. Alcoholic drinks appeared lacking in taste.
Beware of the beds moving due to castors !!!
The entertainment, if you can call it that is very amateurish.
The safety rail in the bath and shower head were loose. Not what we expected for a 4 star hotel.
The only plus for this hotel is the location, great for the beach, which we spent most days on and the Divine bar nearby, owned by Joe and Tina, with fabulous singers each night and a very warm welcome.
We ended up eating out most days, with a fabulous choice of food.
Make sure you visit Harriets tea shop, their cakes are lovely. Well worth a visit or two.
The beach and shops at Los Christinos are worth a visit too. But we would not advise the free excursion, ie the blanket trip, unless you want to sit in a classroom for over an hour listening to a sales talk on murino wool products.
We eventually moved rooms as the loud music was spoiling our holiday, ended up listening to the
traffic. If we had wanted music blaring out by the pool we would have booked Ibiza !!!

This hotel is large and clean, but we dident like having to give our room number every single time we went to a bar. also the beds are rock h
ard, and there was no sandwiches or food in the piano bar as instructed.and what really did grate on us was we arrived at 10.15 pm on the tuesday, and dident leave until 7.30 on the following tuesday, but they cut our bands off and stopped all inclusive other than our lunch that day, i mean i have never known the likes of that ever.
