We booked Villa Casa Isis after swapping from another Villa after reading bad reviews about it on the site.
We were a little bit apprehensive to start off but our fears disappeared when we arrived at the Villa Casa Isis.
The cleaner was there when we arrived she was able to let us in and show us how the doors, locks and keys worked.
The villa was clean and tidy and had everything you could ask for. The property was cleaned every other day and was safe and secure. There was a lockable front gate, shutters on all the doors and lockable doors. A security alarm was also set and there was a safety deposit box in the bedroom It was so secure, we even got locked in one day!!! On that day we made a prompt call to our rep and the Villa Owner and the Cleaner were round in no time to help us out.
We were self catering-on our arrival we discovered that a bag of food and basics (butter, milk, lemonade, bread etc) had been left to get us through out first few days.
We spent a lot of time outside in the very well-maintained safe and clean garden. The pool was also great, but beware it is very deep!
Praia Da Oura beach is nearby, it is a great day out. But be careful as it is down a very steep hill. As for places to eat, definitely make a visit to Chilli and The Windsurf. Food is fantastic as is the service. Cafe Del Mar also is a great bar to go to. They can all be found on the nearby Strip- a lively place with bars, restaurants and entertainment to suit all
