My wife and i returned recently, after spending 7 nights here, we were pleased it wasn't 14. After spending about 15 minutes checking in, mainly due to the receptionist stopping half way through our check in, to have a light hearted telephone conversation, we were finally allocated an appartment in block J. This was quite a long distance to walk, but the good thing was it was reasonably quiet at night. The appartment itself was really quite nice, the main living area being reasonably large for 2 of us, but the bedroom was rather a tight squeeze. The cleaning was excellent, we had a cleaner every day, and the towels and bed linen were changed regularly.
On our first walk into the complex the first thing we found was that both the pool bar and the outside snack bar were both closed. After speaking to other guests we discovered that these facilities had not been open in the 2 weeks prior to our arrival. It meant that guests needed to stand in a line at the indoor bar to get drinks and carry snacks from the main restaurant to the poolside.
The next thing we found was that the indoor pool and sauna etc. were also closed.
The restaurant was reasonably spacey, until on our 4th day a huge number of spanish pensioners arrived and filled it. Some of these people sat in the restaurant for the entire 2 hours of dinner, which meant that some all inclusive guests could not get a table, and ended up having to buy food at one of the local eateries. The food we did get was never hot, regardless of what time we decided to eat. Families with children should note that evening meals do not start until 8pm and finish 10pm.
The indoor pool opened the day after the the spanish pensioners arrived !!!
