Not to be confused with Makis studios in Roda who seems to be a true gent. This Makis is the absolute anti-thesis of the one in Roda. Unless you had breakfast, dinner and lunch at his ram-shackle "restaurant" he treated you with contempt.
He consitently bullies you to join in his third rate "greek nights" (which I observed consisted of burnt bacon, sausage and bugers)but used any excuse to extort money from you.
With me, he blamed us for breaking an extremely old decrepid tap which was being held together by the rust. It was only when we reported it to the reps, that they said "ah, yep, don't worry about him we'll sort him out" They obviously knew of his low life antics so why was he on the books???
Everything about this place was awful, the cleaning, everything!!!
DON'T GO THERE!!!!

booked makis,but about two weeks before travel was told the makis was overbooked and offered us 41 pound compensation to go to vasso apartments,there is no pool,no views,the cooker rings barely worked,the handle was falling off the kettle,bathroom sink partially blocked,took ages for water to go down.the coach dropped us off at makis apartments from airport,the owner akis took us to vasso,about 300 metres in a pick up truck,on departure we were offered no lift back to makis for the coach and had to wheel our suit cases down the road,
dont bother with this place.
having said that moraitika is a lovely resort
