I have just returned from mersoy oriental suites hotel icmeler. How this hotel is rated as 4* is unbelivable. We travel twice a year it is the worst hotel i have stayed in. Room was not cleaned for our arrival at 1.20am. Bed not changed from previous occupants. Towels hard and grey did not want to use them. Bed base had dirty tide mark as if the room was flooded at sometime.this hotel is one of three owned by same people mersoy bella vista and another one opposite all in the same road. Mersoy oriental suites is all inclusive the meals are brought to hotel in the back of a hatch back dirty car at the end of each meal leftover food is collected and taken away. Tabel cloths are well stained and not changed in the ten days we stayed in fact one had holes down the side when i complained it was chaned for anoter stained cloth the next day. Chairs in restaurant were garden chairs paintd a light pink. You could see chip mars painted over. All inclusive wine run out of for two days. Swimming pool lights not on in the evening. Sunbeds broken in places. It rained for two days our room had water coming in went to reception for help was told got no bucket or clothes didn't want to no. We was sitting on table outside our room when a guest two rooms up came outside with his fridge door in his hand. His fridge still not replaced when we left for home.no mini fridge,kettle or phone in room as stated when we read up on hotel before booking.pictures of hotel on computer showing slides of swimming pool of hotel mersoy bella vista and bedrooms nothing like mersoy oriental suits. Guest complaing to staff all the time.i will never go back even if i was offered free stay in bella vista the better hotel. I would like to no who gave this hotel 4* rating.
