This Is The worst hotel i've ever stayed in, staff were unhelpful and the place was discustingly dirty, i would not let my dog stay in it.

We pre -paid for our apartment , on arriving at reception we were asked for id and our bank card to deposit £100 for any damage, there machine would not take our mastercard debit card and we were told we would not be able to have our room and we would have to go home,we offered to leave a £100 cash deposit and this was turned down...had to lug our bags out of hotel and we then contacted their head office who told us to go back to hotel and they would see if they could sort something for us....found out the payment system in hotel does not accept Mastercard debit, through no fault of our own we were nearly sent home for a room that we had already paid for!!!! room ended up ready at 5.30pm. A SHAMBLES OF A PLACE.
