This was a chalet advertised for 15 people and there were 14 booked in for NY 2008/09. The chalet only had seating for 6 comfortably and 10 (concrete fire place added another 4) in total. It was small, cramped and very very basic,
The chalet was dirty, without many light bulbs and the oven broke down twice during the week.
It was up 47 concrete steps from the uphill yet no-one thought to advise us there were paying lockers for skis and boots at the main lift.
The food was average and the kitchen was so disgusting I couldn't bear to look for a clean cup. High tea was very rarely served although it was part of the package.
Ski Total were very unprofessional in dealing with our daily complaints and I would never,ever book any holiday through them again
