Been to the Party Inn now about 8 times and never once had a bad time here.
Owners are freindly, rooms are clean and breakfast is great. And all for £20 quid a night!
But probably the best thing about this place is that no matter what time you get in Alison (the owner) will open the bar for you so you can carry on your party!!
Location is good too, 5 minutes walk from the clubs, and 5 minutes walk away from the town centre.
So if your going to blackpool. dont waste your time with any where else, phone the party Inn!!

Absolutly poor standard of customer service, the lady who i presume owns it, is very arrogant and rude. She charges more than she states on the website and takes money from your bank accout with out permission. She does not follow the terms and conditions listed on her website.
Hotel is of a very poor standard and is absolutly filthy! Dirty bedsheets and cockroaches to say the least!!! Chipped plaster throughout the "hotel", damp in the rooms and mouldy showers make it so as a hostal would be preferable.

Woke up this morning and realised would not be getting the lovely fresh, well cooked full English breakfast, cooked and served by two of the friendliest people, now know what a really fresh egg tastes like. There was a plentiful supply of cereal, juice, toast, tea and coffee and of course followed by the full english. My husband, myself and mother of 94 were part of a group of 8, including young people. Joe and all the staff were lovely and always there if needed, we were able to use the lounge at all times duirng the day. The rooms were clean, lovely white bedlinen and towels. The whole place was clean and tidy. We booked over the telephone and our rooms were exactly as arranged. Only one had ensuite, but bathrooms and separate toilets were on every floor and this was explained very clearly when we booked. We had not stayed at the Lark Inn before, but will be going back to what was a friendly, clean and well run bed and breakfast. Who needs to be paying £60 + per person in 4 star hotels.
