It doesn’t matter how many times we go back there’s always something to do at Lumbylaw Farm. For the children it’s Alnwick Castle, just six miles down the road, where they filmed Harry Potter (remember the Quidditch match??) as well as the fantastic Victorian railway... more

The area is wonderful, we hadn't been as far north before and it was well worth going. Lots to do - a good Roman bit of Hadrian's Wall is about an hour away and is well worth going to, you really get a feel for the way of life. We also had the day in Newcastle - Wet n'Wild... more
