Orchard Shore

We booked this villa through Owners Direct but it is sold on by Sundance Villas a third party independent. The Villa itself was set in a lovely location but we had a problem with rats climbing up on the balconies, chewing through the electrics so had no outside lights. We left early as did not want to share our home with these rodents enduring the closed doors confined to keeping windows shut. After having complained in Cyprus we tried to get some reimbursement but were told that they were not rats but some playful squirrel type rodents. Yeah "pull the other one". Sundance Villas were not prepared to entertain us and argued that we did not let them know soon enough. But we did tell the maintenance man who swept away the rat droppings, we told the owner who did care at all and we told the rep in Cyprus. Well they are not giving us back our money but a warning to all who wish to book with Sundance Villas. Do so at your own risk.
