We Had A Fantastic time at this hotel !!!! It really was all you could ask for in a hotel with the facilities and Really great staff.The hotel is normally booked up by a German tour company called Tjaerbourg but in Jan this yr they released 25% of the beds to other operators,The German holiday makers were really friendly and we made some Great friends there we got involved with various activities..
We decided this year for the first time ever to go All inclusive due to the Euro and boy did we get value for money..
The hotel only has about 130 rooms all with lift access and Great personal service.
The Food was excellent you really did get a good choice and the food was always fresh and hot, and no massive Q's,the restaurant had Great views overlooking the beach, we had 2 Gala evenings in one week,the hotel itself was spotlessly clean with clean towels and linen every other day.
Reception was Very helpful especially Steff ( She has short blonde hair ) nothing was ever too much trouble.
The pools although not heated were spoless and cleaned every morning as were the sunbeds and you don't have to get up at the crack of dawn to get one as there were more than enough !!
The Entertainment team were all german but all spoke good English and really did work hard to ensure our stay was enjoyable if your taking the kids they will love it.This hotel also has a beach bar and restaurant which you can also use till 11pm
at night and again the food is buffet style.
The beach itself is lovely it's secluded and only 30 yds from the hotel door and is always spotlessly clean, you do however have to rent the sun beds at about 4 euro's for the day and pedlo's 15 euros for an hr.
Ok there is a downside !!! ( There has to be one ) the hotel is in a very quiet town not really much going on a couple of bars and restaurants but you can go to other hotels and if you don't want to stay in every night then you do need a car as the buse's stop at about 7.30pm from other towns but the centre is only a 10 min walk, car hire is an avg of about 50 Euro's a day for an A class car / 4 seater, Ibiza town and San antonio are about a half hr drive and a taxi one way is 45 Euro's both worth a visit at night as is the Hippy market.
The Island itself is not cheap and don't think your going to have lots of bargains the prices really are either the same as the uk or more expensive,and don't buy you tobacco or perfume at the airport it is Verry Expensive..
Overall you really can't go wrong with this hotel we had a Great time met some Great friends and ate and drunk to our hearts content !!! Give it a Go think you will be pleasantly suprised ...
