An apartment in dire need of updating. Filthy Rug in the lounge (our feet were dirty as soon as we walked on it) it is filled with stuff that you would only find from the 70's and 80's. The beds were hard and there is no air conditioning making the rooms unbearable to sleepin on a night. The cupboards were filled with out of date food and the bathroom cupboard out of date medicines (from 6 years ago). Ants covered the kitchen.
Complex itself well maintained and lovely pool. Situated on a steep hill so beware, its hard work in the spainish heat. but close to the old town so idea for that. also close to Palmo park .
Bookled via Smithsforspain,initialcontact was good but as soon as they took the money there was little comeback. Even after the holiday I had to air my concern about loose tiles in the bathroom which caused the shower screen to come away from the wall (it was heavy) this could have been very dangerous to our 2 children (both under 5) - no acknowledgement yet the emails ware read. ( also reported it to the propery manager who agreed the screws were too short for fittings !) They even had the cheek to take money from our deposit for this along with some other damage we did not do.. I felt we are simply paying for repairs or maintenance which are a long needed on this apartment.
