Iberotel Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort

The resort, pool and beach area were fantastic. The room was spacious, the service was great and the breakfast (included in the room rate) was huge with lots of variety. We had a lovely weekend!

Stayed for 8 nights from 20th June 08, via Hayes & Jarvis. Cannot fault the service, food or friendliness of the staff. Rooms good, large and well kept. Good value given the cheap package offered by H & G. Deals available with the hotel as well . All inclusive is a good deal but has many restrictions. Me And My Family Just Returned From Our Stay During Last Weekend At The Miramar Hotel. The Hotel Is New But Has Done a Great Job In Satisfying Us In Regards To Food And Hospitality Rendered To Us. our family really enjoyed our stay and were amazed by the quality of food served ,especially our italian dinner(the sea bass have to try it)The location is good ,the hotel is clean and the pool is huge.GOOD JOB MIRAMAR ...KEEP IT UP! I would definately recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for relaxing getaway.

We stayed at the Miramar during the last week of June and had a very pleasant stay. Superb beach with clear waters excellent for swimming and a great beach bar (Ramesh and Liza were great). The swimming pool itself was huge with great staff... The still looks brand new and has only been open less than a year. There are some very nice restaraunts that obviously come at a price. After reading all the reviews, we went there and had in fact a nice time.I think, the initial teething problems are over now.We were there in 2nd week of june and were overwhelmed by the courtious nature of the staff..very friendly and professional. the food at majlis was great. We actually checked in without going to the reception. I stayed here last week for 2 nights after a hectic week in Dubai on business. The hotel offered everything I needed, which was to relax in a quiet location with a nice pool and beach. The Miramar has both. The hotel was busy over the Friday and Saturday, mainly with people over from Dubai for the weekend, however Sunday was very quiet. You can forget much of what has already been written about this resort - because it is fantastic. My wife and I were lucky enough to visit the Miramar for seven days at the end of February. We stayed in the hotel for only one night. It was enough for us. It is indeed a new hotel and they are still working on it. When we arrived we had to listen to the fire-alarm for 4 hours!! There were some problems with the alarm and while repairing it they had to test it every 5 minutes!! So we ran to the beach. We live in Dubai and visited this hotel for a 2 night weekend getaway. By the time we arrived some of the kinks described by the previous reviewer had obviously been ironed out, as we had no power or water problems. The hotel is obviously brand new - a few finishing details still need to be taken care of in the buildings and the landscaping looks a bit stark, but that will soon be taken care of, I'm sure. Having stayed in Dubai previously we decided to try somewhere a bit less noise , no constuction. We contacted our usual travel source and requested info on somewhere in the UAE,beach/quiet/. "OH ive got just the place for you its brand new, only been opened a couple of weeks. 5 star blah blah blah.
