Where should I start? I can't believe the treatment that we got at Chalet Rozov - we would have paid twice as much in France and probably had half the fun!
The food was amazing and our hosts Marty and Victoria were so lovely - they picked us up from the airport and drove us around and looked after us all week, and even gave us some fancy dress outfits to wear on a night out!
The chalet is in a good location and was very cosy and comfy, and the log fire (which Marty cooked some traditional local food on) was great.
Bansko itself still needs a bit of work around town - some of the pavements are a bit dodgy, but on the mountain all the lifts were new and quick and very easy to get on and off, except for the 3-man chair which seems to dump new snowboarders on the floor!
My lesson with Method was great and really improved my boarding (which I needed) and all those drinks at Harrys bar for apres ski were well deserved!
All in all a fantastic week and I would definately recommend Chalet Rozov to anyone who loves good food!

The chalet was great, we loved the hot tub and Richard and Marty drove us up to the top of the mountain every day to avoid the crazy Bansko gondola queues for New Year!
The food was an unexpected extra bonus - it was like eating out in a 5 star restaurant every night and the New Year meal was brilliant, especially all the champagne.
Fantastic holiday from start to finish!
