The Bon Sol is a family-run hotel with a long tradition of providing warm hospitality. In a tranquil position close to the centre of Illetas and just eight kilometres from cosmopolitan Palma‚ it is on a hillside overlooking the sea‚ surrounded by pine trees‚ with direct access via lift (or steps across the road) to a small sandy cove. Good food and a high degree of personal service are the hallmarks of this exceptionally well-managed hotel.

Being aged 14, having a younger brother and two parents to escort me, there is no better holiday destination in mallorca other than the Bon Sol. Visiting for my sixth time in July 2007 was the best yet. The hotel's old fashioned interiors is what makes... read more

My wife and myself booked the holiday needing a well deserved rest. We were assured by our travel agent that the Bon Sol was excellent. When we arrived we were blown away. The brochure and internet certainly didn't do the hotel any justice.

This Hotel is very traditional and a little old fashioned but this is what makes it so endearing, no noisy rowdy entertainments all day, just a beautiful little private beach, a heated pool, quiet places to read or sunbathe.

The Bon Sol is a strange hotel. My partner and I thought we had stepped into a time machine. Some of the guest appear to have come here when they where in their 30's and stayed on to retire.

This is a real find...a bit quirky but in a really picturesque setting. We love the main restaurant, where good old fashioned service still exists. Tasty and imaginative food! Rooms are delightful and the staff friendly and welcoming.
