The language barrier is a huge minus. We spent almost an hour struggling through check in. Staff members were overwhelmed with the large number of guests. The Room service menu was very limited, and they do not understand English! Requesting for extra ketchup was like pulling teeth and then it was bought twice! My iphone got stolen, it rained almost throughout our stay, needless to say, it was no fun at all!

Stayed at the Magic Circus hotel in June this year with my family, and first impressions were great. However things went down hill drastically when money was stolen from inside our locked hotel room, and I had to spend an evening in a police station only to be told that we probably wouldnt get our money back!Hotel security took a reading from the hotel door to see who had entered that day,and we were told it was a cleaner.Manager tryed to brush the matter under the carpet saying that we couldnt accuse them as we didnt have enough evidence so we are now £200 down, cheers!

We stayed at Holiday Inn Disneyland Paris in August 2008 and found it to be very good. We arrived at 12.30pm, even though check in wasn't untill 3pm, we were checked in quickly and were able to acess our room immediately, the room was clean and welcoming, the beds were made every day and fresh towels were supplied every day. A lovely room. The breakfast was plentiful, and there was a large selection of various dishes. The bar was very expensive, but then everything in Disneyland is expensive. The only thing that wasn't available in the room was the Disney channel on the TV, in fact the only english channel was BBC1. You don't go to Disneyland to watch TV !!!!! I would recomend this Hotel to all.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at the Holiday Inn. Felt hotel was somewhat over rated and was a fairly basic property. We did not have use of the shower in our bathroom and despite reporting several times, this was not actioned until our last day - 2 adults and 1 child have to bath every day was not ideal. Cannot fault the restuarant service however, breakfast time was well orgainsed and had the option to eat outside which was pleasant. Staff were obliging although the bar staff could have been more approachable. Overall, the location was ideal as shuttle service was very regular and transfer to the Parks was less than 10 minutes.

We found this hotel to be fine for our short stay. The only advice that we took from someone else's review was the queues for breakfast are huge unless you get there before 8 - and that proved to be true. We arrived every morning at 7.55 am and beat the rush. Disneyland itself was packed and most rides were an hour wait - which was a bit much for our 4 year old. I think if you're going with young children - you need at least 3 days, one for the studio park and two for disneyland. We found taking our own snacks and drinks to the park invaluable for keeping the little one happy in the long queues. All in all it was a good trip - the holiday inn is what it is - the food is ok - but the rooms are nice with a built in night light for kids - its handy for the park and I would deffo stay here again.

This hotel suited our needs for our short 3 night stay. The rooms are very spacious and great for families as the curtain round the kids beds gives some privacy, and some with tea/coffee making facilities, safe, TV's and hairdryer. The bathroom was great with a huge bath, again great for the kids, and the swimming pool with free towels was great and most of the time was empty.
The maid service was superb and the hotel was very clean and staff very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great with a wide selection and I would recommend this and the free shuttle bus every fifteen minutes was fantastic.
The hotel itself was beautiful and the gardens would be great in the summer and the amusements downstairs also great for kids, even if like us you don't actually put any money in, still great for kids to climb on and sit on. The only flaw with this hotel is the evening meal which is very overpriced, over cooked and there's not much choice so I would recommend eating elsewhere, but this isn't a problem as the free shuttles bus operates till 11pm.
Overall we had a great time in Euro Disney and got a good deal for this hotel so would highly recommend it. Also December is an ideal time to visit Eurodisney as we hardly had to queue for any rides and we got to see all the magic of Disney at Christmas with the fantastic parades and superb Candleabration. Be prepared for it to be extremely cold though and take plenty of hats, scarves, gloves, thermals, waterproofs and an umbrella.

Excellent hotel which catered for all our needs, clean room, fun bunks and lovely comfortable bed plus a shower that was easy to use and refreshing. Staff very polite and always willing to make your stay memorable for all the right reasons. Food lovely and plenty of it if you wanted it. The children loved the pool. I would go to Paris again, just to stay at this hotel! If I had to be really picky - there were too many "money eating" machines in the lobby area, although this was not a problem as the children live with our no use policy.

We usually stay at the Dream Castle Hotel but decided we would try the Holiday Inn for a change what a mistake.
The service was very slow on check in, the room itself was a good size but in need of some redecoration and up keep. We stayed in one of the Kids Suites which gave us more room but there was no refrigerator and no room service within the hotel which bearing in mind its 4* rating is very poor.
The standard of cleaning was also poor they basically empty your bins and make your bed if they can be bothered on two occassions I had to ask them to hoover the floor and bring some fresh towels, also they do not remove any plates or cups you may bring up from the bar.
The food was absolutely horrid, firstly there is no waiter/waitress service it is like being in a school canteen with everyone wandering round with trays. You pay on entry everything is included but the food is so poor and no choice - the same food is on offer every meal time and breakfast - we stayed for six nights and only went on the first night - it really is very very poor.
Drinks were expensive and twice we were overcharged, the staff are not very friendly and all in all for the price we paid it was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in.
Plus points, large swimming pool with baby pool for children (but cold), towels are provided free of charge and the room was a good size - otherwise would not recommend this to anyone and will certainly not be staying here again - if your looking to live the Disney magic don't stay here.

Travelled by coach to Euro Disney. Not a good idea - takes too long to get there and Leger have far too many pick up points.
Holiday Inn fine. Good buffet breakfast and good food in their buffet restaurant in evening. Cleaning of rooms a bit slow. The hotel not really within walking distance of the Disney parks but a frequent shuttle service.
Park itself was packed out and long waits at every attraction. Not a good idea to go when the French schools have their holidays.
Overall holiday spoiled by the delays with Leger and the very over-crowded parks. Best to park the car at Ashford and get the EuroStar which takes you straight to the euro Disney station which is situated smack in the middle of the park.
All you have to do then is to walk a 100 yards to the bus station where the shuttle buses will take you straight to your hotel.

Very clean hotel with a Circus Big Tent theme (think of "Disney's Dumbo" and you kind of get the idea). The rooms are very spacious with a VERY comfortable KING SIZE bed AND a tent bunk bed for the kids with wrap around circus curtains.
Bathrooms are modern and light. The restaurant and bar is quite pricey if you don’t have any meals included so I would suggest that you go to eat in Festival Disney (more choice of eateries and shops) which is 10 minutes away by the FREE shuttle bus.
The shuttle bus to the parks is also FREE and located just 10 minutes away. Overall a very nice family orientated hotel close to both theme parks

We have just got back, wow we had a great time, we did not tell our kids till we got to Paris airport they are 7 and 5, there thought it was magical.
The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. The facilities in the hotel are great, however the restaurant was not. The breakfast choice was not too bad, but the evening meal was appalling, not much choice, over cooked and a ridiculous price of about 45.00gbp for 4 of us. The good thing was you could have free wine (you needed this to eat the food!).
The food in the bar was much better, a lot of people ate here as apposed to the restaurant.
Be prepared not to queue for the free bus that takes you to the parks, there is no such thing as a queue, more as a free for all.
On the whole the trip was great, the hotel was lovely and we would go back again, (in fact we are just pricing this up).

My family have just spent £300 of our hard earned money to book 2 nights in the Magic circus Hotel near Disneyland Paris to treat our 6year old son who is recovering from an operation to remove a tumour. How I wish I had never been sucked into the advertising of the hotel.
We checked in ok, but upon entering the room, discovered it was already allocated to other guests. I complained to staff and the reaction was appalling. Not a single apology, instead the computer was blamed. I pointed out that not only had they made the error, but it was not the room I had booked, but was told the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do. An hour later we were given a room, but not without having suffered surly attitude from Marie - the apparent manager on duty, who should not be permitted to deal with people. She shrugged at us, rolled her eyes at us and made jokes about us whenever we walked past the reception desk.
Never again!
