We stayed at the Bona Vista Hotel from the 3rd June till the 7th June 2009. Difficult to know where to start! It's beautiful.
Geoff and Sandra, the owners are fabulous people, who have worked excedingly hard to make the hotel what it is today, they are clearly very selective with their food suppliers as the meals were absolutely superb, piping hot, and always served with a smile!! The menu too had a good choice, with things you wouldn't expect on a Blackpool Hotel Menu (Poached Salmon, Prawn Cocktail...absolutely gorgeous)
Our room, overlooking the promenade was presented beautifully, immaculate in every way, with and was cleaned daily during our visit.
The hotel itself is situated on Queens Prom, just north of the town centre, with two tram stops within 1/2 minutes across the road, to either the centre, or Fleetwood.
I simply cannot recommend this wonderful, homely hotel too highly, ok, it's a well known saying......but.... you've tried the rest, now try the best!!!
You will NOT be disappointed.
