Hotel Clark Heights

If like us you like this kind of hotels where you just feel like at home, where you are expecting for a welcoming friendly and personnalized service, here is the place you should go in Delhi. We stayed there 2 nights after a nice trip around Delhi right before flying back to Mumbai, and if it had been possible to stay longer we would have signed immediately. The rooms are lovely, very well decorated and EXTREMELY clean (which is a great point in India!). The hotel is tiny and that might be one of the reason why the staff is taking a so good care of you. Baptiste, one of the manager, was absolutely lovely to us and made us feel like at home. Anything we were asking, he could do it or find it for us, he recommended us a wonderfull restaurant, give us the perfect spot to try yoga, and the dance show he proposed us was just extraordinary great. Even if it was very hot outside, the garden is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a book with a cocktail. We wish we could go back next time we visit India. If you are looking for a room in Delhi, do not even think twice and go there !!

Booked with www.clarkhotels(dot)com .Qiet little hotel in a Patel Nagar. My 2 children and I stayed there for 5 nights. Harjas and MR. Mishra (Manager) were very kind and accomodating to all our needs. The rooms did not have enough space for 3 people to unpack for the 5 day stay but the bathroom was large and clean. But the Excellent staff more than made up for that. Arpna, the manager ,was extremely helpful in coordinating our plans and got everything set up perfectly, she even had a refrigerator put in the room for all the fruit the children were buying. the chef at the rooftop rooftop restaurant, was very accomodating with the childrens food and my requests. The kitchen staff cut up and served the fruit we brought in and the children loved that. The staff was great in taking care of the children while I was busy getting massages, which were fantastic. One little warning: the drivers hired through the hotel were insistant on taking us to pricey places to shop and were resistant to take us to the Bazaars we had requested. This wasted a lot of our time. I brought this up with the night manager and I hope he has solved the problem. Jaya the masseuse was amazing. All 3 of us had massages every night before bed. I thought the price was a little high for the place, but overall delightful stay, a respite in a busy, hectic town.

We ( me and my wife ) flew from Mumbai to New Delhi with our newborn twins and really needed to be somewhere that was quiet, comfortable and service driven. We could not have been more delighted. The rooms were all simple, classy, classic International style. Beds were big an comfy. Bathrooms big and hot hot showers. Bath tub was great. Staff went shopping to help us with all our baby supplies and we ate on the stunning rooftop restaurant every night. They organized cars to take us around the city, and the drivers were all classy gentlemen who looked after us.
recommend Hotel Clark heights more highly. The attention to service, the warm but discreet staff made our stay memorable and Delhi a real treat.
