Snow Princess Hotel

Returned from Snow Princess Hotel tonight. Travelled with First Choice. Coach ran out of PETROL on way to hotel, 2 hour transfer turned to 6 hours! Left in middle of no where, Pitch Black, freezing cold, no on board toilet, no power or heating in coach while we waited for replacement coach. Food at hotel was a disgrace, meatballs for breakfast with runny scrambled egg, Kids selection consists of chips, baked beans and cold fish fingers and that is if you are lucky! just arrived back after 1 week,the hotel full but was put in a log cabin which was better than the hotel,they are so warm,the weather did not fall below -10c at night down to -22c plenty of snow, trips are expensive roughly £100 pp children 20% off,we went with first choice o.k. food wise there is something for everyone different theme nights with the food,plenty of fish,meats,desserts,tea coffee,nobody should go hungry, remember take your thermals it gets so cold,you can order your winter clothing from 1st choice for £15.00... more

Fantastic holiday.(went with First Choice, Snow suits, hats, boots + mittens all provided) Weather started off at only -3, which only felt like a cold day in England, then it dropped to -20 which although cold made the holiday perfect. The Hotel was very nice, although basic. The food was good, plenty of choice, but the Gala Dinner was a bit drawn out, as most people had finished before the last few tables were served (It was the best meal of the stay), but the entertainment staff, rep's and Santa's elves, kept the kids entertained before... more
