Chalet Waterloo is simply not a Gold Standard Chalet and is completely unsuitable for 12 people. There was not enough room in the living room or dining room for 12 people to sit comfortably. The entrance to the chalet was through a garage/store room and there was no drying... more

This is just simply no where near a Gold Star Chalet as stated - only just near to a poor 3 star. Furniture old and the size of the chalet is absolutely appauling for 12 people-literally no where to sit and having to climb over chairs to leave dinner table. Reps unconcerned... more
