Hotel de l'Abbaye Saint-Germain

I discovered this little hotel in the heart of Paris. I wanted to give me and my girlfriend a special stay and even though our budget was tight we wanted something special. A friend of mine mentioned this special hotel and so we searched for it through several booking agencies but could not find it.
Actually it turns out this hotel only books via it's own site or by phone. It is a bit like a "secret hotel" in Saint Germain. It as the luxury of one of the big big hotels but as it is much smaller the staff almost all know you by name and care for you like you were the only guest. Quite funny.
The hotel is located about 50m off Saint Sulpice which we really wanted to see (having read the Da Vinci Code). The area is fantastic on the left bank of Paris.
