Conveniently located near a Walmart (easy to get snacks etc) and fill the massive fridge. Oh and believe their advertising its less than 10 minutes to the Disney Entrance Sign. You wouldn't believe how many villa owners say that they are minutes from Disny and when you get there, find that they have timed it by plane rather than car!
Its a gated estate so no need to worry about the kids and becuase its a smallish estate, they can run around till their hearts content. We saved a fortune last year as our late teen constantly wanted to go to the pictures (they have a movie theatre on site - popcorn and coke from Walmart and she was a happy bunny), while the littler ones spashed around in the pool, we sat with a bottle of wine and relaxed.
Its not as expensive as a villa and private pool, but who cares about a private pool?????? Two weeks in a townhouse -v- one week in a villa - townhouse wins.
Hope this review is helpful, but not too hepful as I would like to be able to get booked in again next year :-)
Advice: A must for all from couples to families, old to young.
Activities: Olive Garden, Chinese and Steak
