this was one of the best holidays i have been on. the hotel was spotlessley clean the staff was verry good and could not do anofe to help you . the food was also verry good the chefs was on hand to talk and help with the menu the cold food and garnishes was well worth the time to look at i would recomend this hotel to any one and cant wate to go back agen.

The pool areas were great 8 pools in total including two with swim up bars, The aqua park was good the only drawback being not enough rings for the slides i would recomend you buy your own which are cheaper in Naama Bay than the hotel shop. The restaurant was ok a little bit busy at times but very helpfull staff the food had good choice all kept hot in steel drums but be aware the steam can burn you when opening them, the pool bar areas are great with helpfull bar waiters Mohammed top bar lovely freidly lad the bottom bars also had great waiters tip them a $1 or £1 coin and they will keep toping up your glass all day long,The top pool area was more relaxed no loud music great for reading a book or just soaking up the sun, the bottom pool area had the music pool games etc and the animation team asking you to join in with the fun, the were not at all pushey if you didn`t want to join in no hassle at all, The people from the Spa area do come round daily pestering you to have a massage or spa treatments, I must say we did have a massage it cost approx £50 each but well worth it you get a sauna body scrub and full body massage it takes about an hour the staff are very perfessional. The entertaiment is great for the children but adult shows which last about 1 hour not so hot i would suggest going into Naama bay which is a 10 min taxi ride barter with the taxis outside the gate they are cheaper than the hotel taxis but be aware they drive very fast, we paid about £6, we pay just one way as on returning to the taxi rank you can get slightly cheaper back some of the locals come up to you they know which hotel your from from the wrist band and get you a cheaper taxi back about 50egptian £5.
Cario is worth a visit you can book this through the Rep we went by coach this was a long 8 hours each way we did stop over one night in the Meridien Hotel HB in Cario the cost was £140 each, you can also fly on a day return approx £179 per person on speaking to people that did fly the itin was not much different so i would recomend flying, also the coach stops on the way at a service station for breakfast and tea on return this cafe is very expensive cost us £7 for a bottle of fanta Orange rip off. Overall lovely hotel and staff just a bit remote on shops or bars within walking distance other than the shops in the hotel which are a bit over priced new hotels are being built in the area also across the road where the beach is no noise of dust levels just visual will be returning
Advice: Naama Bay great for shops and nightlife 10 mins from Naqa
